Welcome to Windsor Living. This hidden 5 bedroom, 5 bath gem is located just 2 miles to the gates of Disney, and just minutes from the heart of the area attractions. Convenience is key as the resort houses a large community pool, full-size tennis courts, basketball courts, and even a sundries shop for those little odds and ends.
Pull into the driveway, unload your car just steps from the front door, and enter into the vacation your family deserves. This home was furnished with comfort, and touches of luxury throughout. When you step inside you will be led back to your large living area furnished with plush leather sofas surrounding the large 75" TV with a PS4 Pro. Just off the living area, you will find you a fully equipped kitchen allowing to prepare meals for the family, or for light snacks on the go.
A set of sliding glass doors takes you out to your own private screened-in pool with a spillover spa. There is an outside covered dining area where you can relax and have drinks by the pool whilst the kids play, or layout on the sun loungers and soak up the warm Florida sun.
Sleeping arrangements are perfect for families that are looking to stay together. The home has two master bedrooms both with cable TVs, and private en-suite baths. Themed rooms allow for kids to get lost in their imaginations as they take flight with Woody and Buzz in the Toy Story room, or escape in Minnie and Mickey's hideaway. Both rooms have two twin-size beds with TV and DVD players. There is also a queen size bedroom complete with flat screen tv and a private en-suite.
The villa also has a private games room complete with a flat screen tv, pool table, and air hockey. Making it perfect for family nights, or long rainy days. Act now and don't delay in booking as this home will book up very fast.

- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- “Best value” properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
