As you pull into the driveway it will give you the warmth of your new home away from home. As you walk into Luxury Estate you will be greeted by a beautiful foyer area and view to pool area. Feel like a chef in the large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Gather all the family members and enjoy a meal on the dining table to seat up to 20 guests and further seating at the kitchen bar for 7. Relax by the living room areas with breathtaking views of the pool area. The home has a custom pool, large spillover spa and unique waterfall feature in the pool. Take in the Florida sun with luxurious patio furniture, a huge summer kitchen, and access to a half bathroom. - Pool heat available for $60 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- Daily maid service is NOT included but please ask for quote
- $250 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
The complimentary BBQ grill and Fire Pit are provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest’s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ and Fire Pit as required. While staying in this property you and all of your party will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, children's activity program, bike hire, boutique spa, on-site restaurants, and bars.
Please note: The inside fireplace is not for guest use at this property and this vacation home is provided for the general vacation use only.
