Solara Resort is a gated resort community with amazing resort amenities, such as a grand pool, children’s splash pad with slide, teen hang out, bar, sand volleyball, and soccer field. The kids will love having a go at flow boarding, the "FlowRider®" (*Fee Required) gives the thrill of surfing with an artificial wave. The 13,000 sq. ft. clubhouse features a bar and grill, ice cream parlor, sundry store, fitness center, and outdoor fitness lawn.
Property Reference SO_960This stunning home is located on one of the best lots in the whole resort. It adjoins a large park area, offering unobstructed views of the lake and clubhouse, just a short walk away.
Outside the screened enclosure offers a private pool with a spillover spa and extended deck. There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such as a table with seating for 6 and 3 chairs around a fire pit, and also 8 sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a huge lanai for shade and a poolside half bath. Unwind at the tiki bar and watch a movie on the 110" projector screen located outside in the lanai. The home is located on a rare lot in a prime location, next to a large landscaped area for greater privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Smeg toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools.
The living room has a huge 72" fan. By day watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted 75" LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 125" motorized projector screen. There is also a soundbar with a subwoofer.
The garage has been converted into an amazing air-conditioned arcade room. The brightly colored walls of the games room are hand-painted with custom wall art. Play against each other on the Fast & Furious Super Cars Arcades, Let's Go Jungle Arcade, Family Pong Arcade, and Aliens Arcade. Also in the garage is a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One games consoles both connected to their own 50" TV.
Upstairs there is a huge pirate-themed kids' bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. There is an amazing custom-built sunken pirate ship bunk bed, that consists of two Full over Full bunk beds. Also, a 2-player closed booth style Special Edition Deadstorm Pirates Arcade! Off the pirates' bedroom is a kids' playroom with a foam pit.
*Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 13 adults. This home sleeps 6 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children 16 and under.

- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
