With a private swimming pool, game room, and a theater room, you can spend a whole day relaxing or having fun. With 4378 sq. ft. to share coupled with the pool deck, this home holds up to 18 guests. What a great place for families to share!The game room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with action! Feeling competitive? Here you can find 2 Race Car Driver arcades, 2 Batman Car Driver arcades, Basketball Game, a PS4 with a large screen TV, and an Xbox One with a TV. Grab a cold drink from the mini fridge in-between games.
The pool area is where you can enjoy the sun, the breeze, and the glimmering pool water. There is a spillover spa for complete relaxation, sun loungers if you wish to work on that tan and a table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. For the safety of the children, the pool deck comes equipped with a safety fence.

- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
- The resort HOA has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm. Security and or the Sheriff will be called to address noise complaints.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events of any type in this vacation home.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
- The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
