Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away.
Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state-of-the-art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe where you can enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!

This extraordinary 6750 sq. ft vacation home has unique features as all its bedrooms are custom-built and finished with the finest touches. There are 12 bedrooms with king beds and 2 kids bedrooms with bunk beds, all themed decorated and each bedroom with its own TV. Entertainment is surely a highlight of this home! The living room features a 4K, 200inch projector TV screen. Also, with its own private two-lane bowling alley, its theater, and a private screened-in swimming pool, you will always have a fun time with your guests.
This unique vacation home offers plenty of open space for group gatherings with a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs. Also, the Kitchen is fully equipped to make and enjoy a mid-day snack or a full 5-course meal. Don't forget that each floor has a full laundry room. Also, free wireless WiFi is available at your convenience.

- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
- Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 30 adults. This home sleeps 24 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children age 16 and under.
- A mandatory refundable (subject to post-departure inspection) security deposit of $750 is required. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.
- Please note this home does not provide access to a garage.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
