This is a two level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. This property offers an upgraded large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully equipped. The dining table has enough seating for 6 and there is four burner gas stove. There is an open floor plan from the kitchen to the updated living room space with a sectional sofa, 70" SMART TV to watch your favorite shows and movies, near the living room is an air hockey table and standing arcade game for more family fun!
Downstairs there is an en-suite king master bedroom with its own private balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and relax. A 43" Smart TV and the bathroom has a large garden tub in the bedroom and a separate stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a superhero-themed bedroom with two twin beds and a tub/shower combo bathroom.
The upstairs en-suite king bedroom has a 43" SMART TV and a beautiful view of the resort golf course. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a separate stand-up shower. Enjoy the patio area with seating for two and soak in the Florida sun!

Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
