Relaxation awaits as soon as you step inside. The contemporary style furnishings will make you feel right at home. Come together on the comfortable couch seating and discuss vacation plans with family members or watch a TV show while dinner is being prepared. Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table which has seating for up to 8 guests and have coffee at the breakfast bar which has 4 barstool seats. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to whip up delicious meals for everyone. The sliding doors lead right to the lanai where you will have your very own screened-in pool and spillover spa. Take in the Florida sunshine on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table. The pool fence surrounds the lanai so you can keep your mind at peace knowing the kids are safe.
The custom games room has entertainment for all ages. Challenge family members to rounds of air hockey or foosball. There is also a multi-arcade, a basketball arcade and a driving arcade machine to choose from. Take a seat in one of the 2 rocking gaming chairs and play a video game. Grab some snacks and get comfortable in the upstairs loft area for a movie with the family. You will never be bored in this home!
There are 6 bedrooms to choose from to rest your head at the end of the day. The first master suite has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that has a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The other 2 master suites have king-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. Kids get to choose from 2 custom bedrooms that are filled with fun! Help fight the darkness in far off worlds in the galactic bedroom, or kids can play alongside their favorite characters in this fun room. Each kid's bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and both rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. All bedrooms include a TV for entertainment of your choice before bed.

Rental Policies
• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
