Privacy - Property owns the adjacent lot for a total lot size of 1 acre, situated in front of 10 acres of the private nature reserve

The oversized walk-in pantry, commercial-sized refrigerator, and secondary fridge/freezer in the utility room are perfect for large groups. The ground floor also includes two elegant dining tables to seat 20, a kitchen nook with a window bench that offers seating for 4, a wet bar with seating for 4, and a breakfast bar that accommodates 6 for a total of 34 dining seating. Get into the vacation mood with your favorite tunes using the inside and outdoor Sonos sound system. Looking for a magical surprise? Under the stairs, you will find a picture frame TV and PS4 with bean bags for children to enjoy.
Step through the sliding patio doors from the living area to access the impressive private pool deck. The secluded screened-in pool is a key feature for this corner villa to ensure you are bug and pest-free. • Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
