This two-story unit features one bedroom on the ground floor, along with a nice open living area with views of the pool. When you enter the home, you immediately find the downstairs king bedroom. This room provides plenty of morning light and has a smart tv and ceiling fan. An adjoining bathroom with a shower and double vanity also offers access to other guests without having to go upstairs.
The kitchen offers a large island countertop with an open view of the living and dining areas. The counter also offers seating for four and has plenty of space for a nice buffet spread! The dining room table has seating for six, so you will find ample seating for the entire family. Relax and enjoy the smart tv in the living room. The living room features a sofa, a loveseat, and extra seating. A ceiling fan provides extra comfort for guests. A small laundry room off of the kitchen is perfect for being able to clean your clothes before going back home.
The back patio offers plenty of privacy and outdoor seating for four. The heated pool is perfect for a small family and great to jump in during the warm Florida days! A half bathroom off of the patio offers a convenient option for guests to use the restroom without having to go through the home. A pool safety fence also offers extra safety for the little ones.
Upstairs, guests will find some extra space to spread out in the loft, equipped with a pullout sofa for someone looking to get away for a bit! The twin bedroom offers two twins and a smart tv. A full bathroom off of the loft has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The upstairs king offers plenty of space and has a 42” smart tv and ceiling fan.
Captiva Oasis is a great value and provides convenient access to all of the area's theme parks and attractions. With a clubhouse and resort pool with a separate kids' water area, sand volleyball, and plenty of fun, you will find this to be the perfect retreat for your next vacation or getaway!

- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
