Stay in the lap of luxury in our incredible new home offered in Punta Gorda Isles’ Bird Section. 
This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, sailboat access home, has 173 feet of water frontage just off intersecting canals leading out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico just beyond.    
Upon entering the home, the open living space showcases stunning views of the lanai and canals throughout. The chef’s kitchen offers the perfect place to prepare any size meal, while overlooking the beautiful canal beyond.
The master suite bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub. The back of the home is almost all glass providing panoramic views of the canals and mangroves. 
Head outside for the best in outdoor living. Enjoy the lanai with an outdoor kitchen while overlooking the large pool and views of the glistening canal waters.
 
Bedroom Layout:
Master Bedroom - King Bed / Master en-suite bathroom / Lanai Access
Second Bedroom - Queen Bed 
Third Bedroom - Queen Bed 

Dock - Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or for fishing. The boat lift is accessible for guests. 

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.

Garage: garage is available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure
No boat trailer or RV parking is allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.

BBQ use included in guest stay. If BBQ is not clean upon guest departure, an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

2 Electric Bikes available for guest use (must be age 16 or older)


This is a dog-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 per pet plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 
Pet must be disclosed and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. Please note, cats are not allowed; the homeowner will not make exceptions.

Garbage can liners for each garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish - we do not restock these items (this is an industry-standard practice)
