- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- Parking passes must be purchased at the guard shack for $30 (price subject to change, limit 2 per condo). It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay.
