This 3 bed | 3 bath condo comfortably sleeps 10 and is located at idyllic Cotton Bayou Condominiums Bring your family and bring the boat... or just hang out via public beach access right across the street! Master has king bed and private bath, guest bedroom has queen and futon (full bath in hallway) Upstairs 240 sq. ft. loft is the third sleeping area and can accommodate 6, plus it offers another full bath. Smart TV or cable in every room, Wi-Fi/ private 5G network. Comfy seating and balcony access offers canal views in the living room, full kitchen and dining room seats 8 plus additional bar seating for 5. Many updates include floating staircase to the loft, shiplap ceilings, newly remodeled guest bath with tub.Pool and BBQ grills steps away! Boat dock, private launch & fishing pier plus cleaning station and VIEWS are just steps away, slip fee is only $105 per stay. White sand beach is a five minute walk across the street, or easy drive and parking. Lounge by our Olympic sized salt water pool (with bathroom and outdoor shower) or watch the game on the tiki hut TV while you cook your fresh catch of the day on one of our BBQ grills!

There's even an on-site cleaning station. Orange Beach is a great place to get away from it all, yet we are located right down the street from restaurants, stores, and even the legendary FloraBama! Of course you may never even want to leave the condo after enjoying the canal view from the balcony and all the amenities offered…paradise awaits. Local activities include: charter fishing boats and fishing equipment at nearby Zeke's Landing Marina, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
