This penthouse unit boast all new coastal elegant furnishings with a picturesque water view from both the screened lanai and master bedroom. Located on the fourth floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar and everything you’ll need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The living room features a flat screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely open the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The master bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The two guests rooms are located at the front of the condo one features a king-size bed , flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom the other features a queen and twin bed with flat screen TV. But, that’s not all! This unit also provides WiFi throughout, full-size washer/dryer and beach locker equipped with beach cart, beach chairs and beach umbrella.
