This two-story, five-bedroom cottage home offers a nice relaxing vibe, with light views and a seaside feel that will leave all of your worries behind. While guests won't have access to Margaritaville Resort amenities, they will find plenty to keep them entertained just steps from their door. Sunset Walk offers multiple dining options, shopping outlets, arcades, attractions, and Studio Movie Grill, while H20 Water-park is Central Florida's newest water park. Grab a bite or glass of wine just across the street at the Formosa Winery. And with the entrance to Animal Kingdom just a few miles away, there's plenty of fun to be had for everyone at Margaritaville Oasis.
The ground floor offers two queen master bedrooms, each with a 60” wall-mounted smart TV and shower. The open living area features a dining room and extra bar seating, and a fully stocked kitchen with a Margaritaville frozen drink maker. Wind down on the sofa and watch your favorite show on the 60” wall-mounted smart TV in the living room.
Guests can splash and soak up the sun in their own heated pool with a spillover spa, which offers plenty of space for lounging and features additional seating under cover.
Upstairs, guests will find three more bedrooms, including two queen master bedrooms and a spacious king master bedroom with access to a small balcony overlooking the pool. The upstairs bedrooms also feature 60” smart TVs, ceiling fans, and showers in the master bathrooms.

- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
