A vacation of togetherness and fun away from your next vacation at Westside Allure. This cozy home is located on an oversized corner lot, features its own private heated pool and spa, and is just a short walk from the lazy river and community amenities at Windsor at Westside.
As you enter Windsor Charm, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that features a large sectional and additional seating, perfect for cozy movie nights with friends and family. Guests will enjoy their favorite movies and show on the 70" wall-mounted smart TV. The living room opens up to the dining room, with a beautiful dining table that can comfortably seat eight guests. Additionally, the owners have provided an extra bar cart for you to use during your stay, just right for a refreshing summer cocktail. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side fridge, convection oven, and a large center island with a sink and bar seating for three. The home also has a downstairs laundry room with shelves and cabinets available for your use. The downstairs also has a half bath off the kitchen by the pool, making it easy to access while enjoying the outdoor amenities.
Speaking of the outdoor amenities, Windsor Charm has a beautiful pool area. The outdoor space also has an outdoor table with seating for five, a 42” wall-mounted smart TV, and an outdoor ceiling fan. Guests will spend hours soaking in the heated pool with a spillover spa.
The first and only downstairs bedroom is a queen master bedroom located downstairs at the back of the house. This room has access to the back patio, a 55” smart TV, and an extra chair. The master bathroom has a double vanity, a large tub, and a shower.
Upstairs, you will find a queen/twin master bedroom located at the top of the stairs with a wall-mounted smart TV and a tub/shower combo.
The third bedroom is the children's twin/twin bedroom, which has a smart TV, and custom accent wallpaper. The upstairs loft is a perfect second living area or just a nice area to break away and get some work done. The loft space has a sectional sofa with a 50” wall-mounted smart TV and desk space with two workstations.
The fourth bedroom is the queen master bedroom, which has a 55” wall-mounted smart TV and a shower.
The final bedroom is the back full/full master, which has a 50” wall-mounted smart TV, and a bathroom with a double vanity, shower and separate water closet.

- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
