Our 3-bedroom, 2 Bathroom private pool+spa vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation
There are seawall issues, can still access the dock and most of the backyard, be cautious when using the backyard and dock.

Pool is 28x11 Spa 6.5x6 D 4.5
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
* One car can park in the garage
Up to four cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
This home very strictly does not allow pets.
